Brushetta

A tried and true recipe that has been handed down for generations
to enjoy.

 

Directions

  • Cut any day old French or Italian bread into 1/2” thick slices and brush with olive oil. Toast under the broiler. Rub toasted bread with clove of garlic.
  • Season diced Ontario greenhouse tomatoes with minced garlic, dried basil, red wine vinegar, chopped fresh parsley and salt and pepper.
